Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–10 business days Please note, these timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, festivals, or logistical delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is offered to customers only in India.
- For customers outside India, free shipping is only applicable if the order value exceeds ₹ 40,000/-
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share a tracking number and a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your package.
Delivery Issues
In rare cases of delay or failed delivery, please contact our support team. We’ll assist in resolving the issue and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Payments & Refund Policy

Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
- Cancellations are not possible once the order is shipped.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective item received
- Wrong product or size delivered
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Share clear images and order details for verification
- Upon approval, we will initiate pickup or request you to self-ship the item (shipping cost will be reimbursed if applicable)
Once the product passes quality inspection:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Alternatively, you may opt for an exchange or store credit
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Customised or altered items
- Items purchased on sale or part of a promotional offer
